Being prefabricated, your new home will be delivered to site complete and all you need to ensure is that we access the site with a vehicle that’s about 65ft in length and that we have hard-standing over which our vehicle can run.
You need to ensure your site has good solid, level foundations on to which your home can be placed and connection points for water, sewage and electricity.
Please note that our basic model can be changed to meet your requirements.
Of course, we do recommend you obtain planning permission for your prefab prior to ordering.
